South Congress extends from downtown and central Austin all the way down to Slaughter Lane which is south. South Congress avenue has been rated as one of the best places to live and also one of the highest appreciating areas if you're directly on Congress Ave. You'll find homes, condos, and stand alone townhome/condos available that vary in style. We highly recommend living in the area not only because it's a great investment but also because you're so close to all the best things Austin has to offer. From commuting to work if your office is downtown to also enjoying some of Austin's best live entertainment or restaurants, you'll find that living in the SOCO area provides a lifestyle most will appreciate.
