PUBLIC is the first residential community in the revitalized St. Elmo District of South Austin, off South Congress. Loft-style homes feature open floor plans and expansive outdoor terraces. PUBLIC also offers Live + Work Storefronts & over 10,000 square feet of eclectic amenities. PUBLIC’s modern architecture was driven by three treasured heritage oak trees anchored in the middle of the property. Responding to protected root zones, the single loaded hallways opened up new possibilities for condominium floor plan design. Living areas transformed into wide-open loft spaces perfect for creative pursuits and eclectic furnishing.
